Over time, this evolved into digital government, which integrates advanced technologies such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and mobile applications to create citizen-centered, data-driven, and responsive public services. The application of digital government enhances service delivery, promotes public participation, supports informed decision-making, and strengthens governance by enabling more effective communication and collaboration between government institutions, businesses, and citizens.
