Frequency distribution and graphical presentation are key statistical techniques used to organize and display data in a clear and meaningful way. A frequency distribution arranges data into classes or intervals and shows how often each value occurs, making it easier to identify patterns such as concentration, spread, or variation within a dataset. To complement this, graphical presentation uses visual tools like histograms, bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs to represent the distribution, allowing complex data to be quickly understood at a glance. Together, these methods transform raw numbers into structured insights, helping researchers and analysts detect trends, compare categories, and communicate findings effectively across disciplines.
