Requirements analysis and feasibility studies are critical early phases in system or project development that ensure a proposed solution is both necessary and achievable. Requirements analysis focuses on identifying, gathering, and clearly defining the needs, expectations, and constraints of stakeholders, helping to establish what the system must do and how it should perform. Feasibility studies, on the other hand, evaluate whether the proposed project is viable in practical terms by examining factors such as technical capability, cost, time, legal considerations, and operational impact. Together, these processes reduce risk, prevent costly mistakes, and provide a solid foundation for informed decision-making before resources are committed to full-scale development
