This series offers an academic exploration of how individuals engage with politics from voting and protest to digital activism and why some citizens withdraw into political apathy. Students will examine the various forms of political participation, the factors that encourage or discourage civic engagement, and the patterns that define electoral behaviour across different political systems. It also investigates the growing phenomenon of political disengagement, analyzing its causes and consequences for democratic governance and representation.
