This series offers an academic exploration of how individuals acquire political values and how societies develop shared orientations towards politics and how these forces collectively shape political participation, stability, and change. Students will examine the agents of political socialisation including family, education, media, and religion and analyze how political culture influences citizen attitudes, democratic norms, and governance outcomes. It provides a deeper understanding of the social and cultural roots of political behaviour across different societies.
