International Relations, Governance, and Development is a multidisciplinary field that examines how countries, international organizations, and non‑state actors interact to address global issues such as peace, security, economic growth, and social development. It explores the role of governance systems—both national and global—in managing international cooperation through institutions like the United Nations, and how these frameworks influence sustainable development, human rights, and global policy outcomes. This course aims to provide students with a strong understanding of key theories and concepts of international relations, develop their ability to analyze global political and economic challenges, and equip them with skills to evaluate governance structures and propose solutions to contemporary development issues affecting the global community.
