Detection, Investigation, and Countermeasures in Steganography focus on identifying hidden information, analyzing its presence, and developing strategies to neutralize potential threats. Detection, often called steganalysis, involves using statistical analysis, pattern recognition, and machine learning to uncover concealed data within digital files. Investigation goes further by examining the methods of embedding, reconstructing hidden content, and tracing its origin to understand intent or identify malicious use. Countermeasures are proactive defenses, such as robust encryption, watermarking, and file integrity checks, which make steganographic concealment harder to achieve or easier to detect. Together, these processes form a critical aspect of cybersecurity, ensuring that steganography cannot be exploited for illicit activities while maintaining its legitimate applications in secure communication and digital rights management
