Project Management, Inventory, and Resource Control focuses on the planning, coordination, monitoring, and efficient utilization of organizational resources to achieve specific objectives within defined constraints of time, cost, and quality. Project management involves the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects while meeting stakeholder expectations. Inventory control deals with the effective management of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure the right quantity of stock is available at the right time while minimizing storage and operating costs. Resource control involves the allocation, scheduling, and monitoring of resources such as personnel, finances, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and prevent wastage. Together, project management, inventory management, and resource control help organizations improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance service delivery, and achieve strategic objectives in a competitive business environment.
