Challenges: Nigerian libraries face inadequate funding, poor maintenance of library buildings, overcrowding, outdated facilities, unreliable electricity and internet services, insufficient ICT equipment, and limited accessibility for people with disabilities. Environmental problems such as poor ventilation, heat, dust, and inadequate security can also affect users and library materials.
